Hardware clients need software
Your clients expect a complete product solution. But building and managing software capability is expensive, risky, and rarely the focus of a hardware team.
A partnership built on complementary strengths
You stay focused on the hardware. We handle the software layer. Together, you can support a more complete product experience without adding complexity to your business.
We know the hardware-software integration layer
Our teams can work seemlessly together.

Common questions, answered
Everything you need to know about how the partnership works, how we structure deals, and who this model is designed for.
What kind of hardware companies is this a good fit for?
This works best if your clients regularly come to you needing software to make their hardware useful - apps, dashboards, firmware interfaces, cloud connectivity, AI features, or full product platforms. If you're turning away those conversations or handing them off without a trusted partner, that's the gap we fill.
Do you work with hardware companies of any size?
Yes. We work with boutique hardware consultancies, product studios, and larger hardware OEMs. What matters more than size is whether your clients need custom software and whether you want a reliable partner to send them to.
What if we already have a software vendor we occasionally refer to?
That's common. We're not asking for exclusivity. If you have gaps — in AI/ML, embedded software, full-stack product development, or bandwidth — we may be able to complement what you already have rather than replace it.
How formal is this arrangement?
As formal as you want it to be. We start with a conversation to see if there's a natural fit. Some partners prefer a lightweight referral relationship; others want a more structured co-delivery model. We follow your lead.
What does collaboration actually look like on a project?
It depends on the engagement. Sometimes you refer a client and we handle everything independently. Other times we work alongside your team — you own the hardware layer, we own the software layer — and the client gets a seamless integrated experience.
How quickly can you turn around a referral?
We can usually have an initial conversation with a referred client within a few business days. For urgent situations, reach out directly and we'll prioritize.
Is there a referral fee or revenue share involved?
We're open to discussing what makes sense for your business. Our preference is to build a reciprocal relationship where value flows both ways — referrals, co-marketing, joint proposals — but we can talk through a formal referral structure if that fits better.
Do you ever refer clients back to hardware partners?
Yes, and this is core to how we think about partnerships. Our clients frequently need hardware expertise, manufacturing connections, or embedded systems work. When they do, we refer to partners we trust.
Are you open to white-labeling your work under our brand?
For this desire, it can easily be accomplished with our staff augmentation offering where we provide staff to you to integrate into your team and manage under your brand. For when we are more involved from a management and execution standpoint we prefer to operate as our own entity and simply a trusted partner to your firm.
