Built for agencies like yours
This isn't a client program. It's a peer network for agencies and staff aug firms with active delivery capacity. You're likely a fit if any of these sound familiar.
You carry skilled developers who sometimes sit between projects — and you'd rather keep them billable than eat that margin
You occasionally turn down work because it falls outside your core stack, team size, or contract scope
You're open to co-bidding on larger contracts — the kind that need more headcount or specialties than either of you carries alone
You welcome referrals
Three ways we can create value for each other
You don't have to use all three. Start with what makes sense right now and expand from there.
About Teknika
Teknika is a US-based software and AI development firm, headquartered in Panama City Beach, FL, with our team across the US and Europe.
We've been building since 2019 — long enough to have a real track record, short enough to still move fast. We're not a middleman, a body shop, or a broker. We build and deliver custom products, which is exactly why a partnership with us is worth something,

Things agency owners usually ask us

What kind of development agency is this a good fit for?
The common thread is agencies that truly care about solving problems for their clients and keeping a healthy bottom line.
We all can't solve every problem autonomously, so higher agency companies use partners to fill gaps and keep solutions rolling!
Do you work with dev agencies of any size?
Yes, we've worked with everything from botique consultancies to shops with hundreds of staff.
What if we already have a software vendor we occasionally refer to or partner with?
That's common. We're not asking for exclusivity. If you have gaps we may be able to complement what you already have rather than replace it.
How formal is this arrangement?
As formal as you want it to be. We start with a conversation to see if there's a natural fit. Some partners prefer a lightweight referral relationship; others want a more structured co-delivery model. We follow your lead.
What does collaboration actually look like on a project?
It depends on the engagement. Sometimes it is simple referral and hand-off, or it could be an exchange of bench tallent to fill gaps, or it could be working together on distinct components of a larger build. It could even be a prime/sub-contractor relationship in certain situations.
Is there a referral fee or revenue share involved?
We're open to discussing what makes sense for your business. Our preference is to build a reciprocal relationship where value flows both ways — referrals, co-marketing, joint proposals — but we can talk through a formal referral structure if that fits better.
Do you ever refer clients back to your partners?
Yes, and this key to why we pursue partnerships. Teknika wants to be know as a solution provider, and we aren't experts in everything. If a project doesn't fit us we still try to put our leads and clients into trusted hands.
Do we need to "white-label" under each other's brands?
The distinction we generally follow is the following. If it is a staff augmentation arrangement, then the augmented staff work under the brand of who they are working for. If either of our companies are managing the work of the project, then we prefer the transparency of that work being under the company managing it.
